Jonathan Khazam is a senior technology executive, strategic advisor, and experienced public company board director with more than 30 years of leadership experience across semiconductors, AI/ML accelerators, GPUs, CPUs, and related software. He is recognized for building and leading global technology organizations through strategic growth with a focus on product innovation and disciplined execution.
Jon currently serves as Principal of KHAZAM GROUP LLC, advising semiconductor, AI/ML accelerator, and software companies on strategy, product positioning, business development, and executive leadership. His clients have included startups, public technology companies, financial services firms, and technology standards bodies.
Previously, Jon served as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Graphcore, a leading AI chip startup, where he was the senior-most executive after the two co-founders. There he played a central role in developing strategic relationships with Microsoft, Hugging Face, Paperspace, and others while building a team of product managers, AEs, and product support engineers across the U.K. and U.S.
Prior to Graphcore, Jon spent 25 years at Intel Corporation in multiple senior executive positions. As Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Intel’s Visual & Parallel Computing Group, he led a global organization of more than 3,000 employees that drove Intel graphics penetration into higher performance, mobile, and cloud/virtualized graphics market segments. Earlier, he built two internal startups: the Manageability & Middleware Division, which developed value-add software products tightly coupled to Intel platform hardware; and the Software Development Products division, which developed software tools to deliver industry-leading performance while enabling new Intel processor technologies.
In addition to his executive leadership background, Jon brings substantial board and governance experience. He previously served as an Independent Director of Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc. (NASDAQ: ISSI), and has held advisory and governance roles with the MLCommons Association, Imagination Technologies, the Eclipse Foundation, and Zend Technologies. His board experience includes governance oversight, finance and audit-related responsibilities, technology strategy, and investor activism.
